The weekend of September 20th and 21st was a time of reminiscing, catching up with former pastors & their families, celebrating God's faithfulness to the Richland Center Church of the Nazarene, and looking forward to how God will use the church to make more and better disciples in the future.
Saturday evening our church family shared a catered meal and former pastors and their wives, Rev. Laurel & Sharon Matson, Rev. Ben & Melanie Walls, Rev. Bob & Phyliss Duranceau, and Rev. Chuck & Kathy Hayes, shared memories from their time pastoring the Richland Center Church. Members of their families also attended.
On Sunday morning, Don Reddick & Dr. Brian Allen, from Olivet Nazarene University, led us in worship. Special music was provided by the church choir and individuals who also shared their gift of music. District Superintendent, Andy Albright joined us on Sunday morning and retired General Superintendent, Dr. David Graves, shared a message that challenged us to continue sharing the love of Jesus as we begin the next 100 years of ministering to the Richland Center community and beyond.
